Yay. Well done Amazon. The benefits of NOT outsourcing this critical element of client service to INDIA, makes them friends. I wish, BT, Thames Water, EDF, and any of the other (sadly, UK based) companies did that too. But coming to think of it, I get screwed by EDf and Thames Water guys on my bills and customer service sitting here, right in the UK. Hmm. Go figure.
